Coaching is a process of personal and professional development. It is based on a relationship of trust, led by the coach, centred on the person and result oriented, which allows to improve personal effectiveness and implement personal changes.

 I offer tailor-made coaching services based on the objectives shared with the coachee and the sponsor (manager or HR). The results are concrete and measurable , from the beginning, naturally transferable into personal life.

Terms and conditions:

  • Coaching takes place at the client´s convenience, face to face in the company’s office , by telephone / skype
  • 6 to 10 interviews of 2 hours according to the needs over 9 months maximum.
